Korean Artists with Highest Earning in Japan


Korean Artists are grabing attention from throughout the world, but the big  fan following can only be seen in South Asian countries like Japan, China, Taiwan and so on…
Japan is considered to be the entertainment center of Asia, artists who put their flags here can get familiar and famous in whole world. Korean artists has also done the same, we have see many K-pop bands debuted in Japan and even sung songs in Japanese Language. Idols like SNSD, Super Junior, Jang Geun Suk and TVXQ has also debuted in Japan and has created a big craze of K-pop among Japanese Fans.
Recently Korean channel,TVN,  gave a rating of Korean artists with Highest earning in Japan, in the ratings we can clearly see SM-E idols leading the ratings. According to TVN,  SNSD are the most earning artists in Japan, followed by Jang Geun Suk  then TVXQ, Super Junior are on fourth , and on fifth position is Choi Ji woo.

SMEnt Opens Up an Official Facebook Page for SNSD

Since SMTOWN, F(x), SHINee, CSJH: Dana & Sunday and Super Junior do have official facebook pages, it’s time for reigning kpop princesses to be connected with us! Though it’s not them who awill actually post photos in their, you might not now, the girls will upload ‘selcas’ everyday. And also, having their own official pages will keep us in truth and updated. False rumors might be disregarded in just a click. Just a click, news and photos about them will be up! So like their page if you haven’t like it yet!

Also, SME uploaded a video in their official YouTube acc inviting us to like it. For us to enjoy even we cant attend their ’2011 Girls’ Generation Tour’ on 23-24th of July in Seoul.

KBS airs ‘Music Bank in Tokyo K-POP Festival’


The three hour-long concert was attended by 15 Korean artists, including TVXQ, KARA, SNSD, 2PM, B2ST, 4minute, U-KISS, IU, Baek Ji Young, SECRET, Rainbow, INFINITE, Park Hyun Bin, Rania, and X-5, who danced and sang to an exuberant crowd of 45,000. This was the first time in 15 years that 15 artists stood together at the Tokyo Dome, so it’s no surprise that tickets sold out in just 4 days.
KBS spent a total of 7.1 million USD for the Hallyu concert and brought in 25 different cameras for the special event. Hosted by KARA’s Gyuri, Hara, and actor Hyun Woo, the concert had an exciting finale with a group performance of DJ DOC’s classic song “Run to You“.

KPOP Artists Headed to Sydney!


As part of South Korea’s and Australia’s 50th year anniversary in diplomatic ties, Aussie company JK Entertainment has decided to bring in an array of KPOP stars down to the ANZ stadium, in Sydney, on 12 November this year. DBSK, Beast, KARA, CN BLUE, SNSD, 2AM, Miss A, SHINee and Secret will make up the other performers at this mega concert! This will also be 4minute’s first visit to Australia.

Music Bank to air ‘Music Bank in Tokyo’ Special This Week


On July 22nd, the usual weekly broadcast of KBS’s ‘Music Bank‘ will be preempted in favor of a special called ’Music Bank in Tokyo‘.
‘Music Bank in Tokyo’ took place last week at the Tokyo Dome, where 15 Korean groups and artists – including TVXQ, KARA, SNSD, 2PM, B2ST, 4minute, U-KISS, IU, Baek Ji Young, SECRET, Rainbow, INFINITE, Park Hyun Bin, RaNia and X-5 – performed to a wildly exuberant crowd.
The concert – which was emceed by Hyun Woo and KARA’s Gyuri and Hara – was a great success, and drew in a crowd of more than 45,000 fans despite the temperature nearing 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
‘Music Bank’ will return next week as scheduled on July 29th. Check back with us on Monday, July 25th to check for the winner of the K-Chart!

Go behind-the-scenes with Shoujo Jidai + Tohoshinki in their new ‘Seven & I’ CMs!


Korean idol groups Shoujo Jidai and Tohoshinki will be starring in new commercials for ‘Seven & I’!
The Shoujo Jidai ladies appeared on morning TV show “Sukkiri!!“, where they talked about their upcoming CM.
“Sukkiri!! viewers, and everyone in the studio – good morning! We’re Shoujo Jidai,” said the girls during their short video interview. Member Sunny then goes on to say, “After tomorrow we’ll be appearing in a television commercial for 7-Eleven Fair, so please watch it!”
The CM features the girls of Shoujo Jidai in lovely white outfits, along with the Japanese version of their song “Hoot”. Tohoshinki also appears in their own Seven & I commercial, looking cool as their upcoming song “Superstar” plays in the background.
Both commercials are part of a special campaign by 7-Eleven, where customers can earn points or big prizes, such as a Nintendo 3DS, TVs, and more.
